Eirene can get as wobbly as she likes. Clark is steady enough for the both of them and his hold is tight enough that she isn't going to fall anywhere.

There's a nagging voice in the back of his mind that this isn't the best place to be doing this. It might even be religiously offensive - not that he'd know - but he doesn't much seem to care. The taste of her lips does that to him.
