Metropolis Children's Hospital

Days like today are what keep Eirene coming back to this small hospital in the middle of Kansas. Watching a thirteen year old with once-inoperable pancreatic cancer walk down the hallway to her parents, who are standing with the resident cancer specialist and trying to figure out what happened.

Eirene knows and she glances down at her hands with a faint smile.Miracles. One 'twenty year old' volunteer can do more in the weekend mornings she volunteers than the vicious decease still trying to kill a host of other kids on this floor. If she's lucky, she can save another life today, but her energy reserves haven't been replenished by rest in the last few days.

She's settled into a booth at the corner diner not half an hour later, sipping an herbal tea and flipping through the Planet for anything out of the ordinary. For the curious: she looks like any other college student; a Met U sweater, jeans and Birkenstocks.

"Not ... not when you were yourself, no."

She's blushing all over now, caught between reveling in the fact Clark just made love to her and ... being embarassed that she's not exactly built like a Titan.

"This was better." And there's a kiss to her mouth here to make that final.

[eirenikos]

She'd like to reply, coherently, but her brain just shorted out. As evidenced by the soft moan and the very subtle shifting of her hips.

To get more comfortable. Really.

[hero_farmboy]

He lets her hand go and returns his hand to ghosting around her thigh, then squeezing gently to pull her closer as his tongue slides against hers, slowly exploring her mouth once more.

[eirenikos]

Can she get any closer? It's debatable, really, because she's hip-to-hip with him, oh dear Zeus he feels even better then he did ten minutes ago.

Eirene will, of course, return the favor when Clark is done exploring. Only it'll be with her hands, possibly trying to nudge him onto his back.

There won't be any objections to that and Clark willingly settles back against the mattress, staring up at her now with eyes that are rapidly starting to go hazy again.

[eirenikos]

Like Clark did earlier, Eirene sits on his thighs for several minutes, just looking at him; his face, his shoulders, his arms. Eventually, she leans forward and presses her mouth to his forehead.

And then his lips.

And then his jaw.

And then down his throat.

Soft moans made with every feel of her lips on his skin and Clark's hands restlessly move up and down her back as she leans over him, then along her legs, his thumbs gently stroking the soft skin of her inner thighs.

[eirenikos]

Eirene is very thorough when she explores something, and part of that can be traced back to her ancestors and the Titans' penchant for creating things to just see how they work.

Which means, in layman's terms, the goddess uses lips and teeth to traverse the entirety of Clark's chest, from shoulder to shoulder.

And then drags her tongue gently across a nipple.

"God, Eirene." There's a sharp intake of breath and Clark's back arches underneath the feel of her tongue, his fingers digging into the flesh of her thighs.

[eirenikos]

"Goddess, Clark. Female. Very, very female."

She'll prove it by giving the same treatment to the other nipple, and working her teeth very gently across it.

[hero_farmboy]

"Goddess," he repeats obediently, still not quite breathing properly with her doing what she's still doing.

[eirenikos]

Yeah. That obediant tone isn't fooling anyone. Clark is the person she knows, aside from a few instances he told her about, the least obediant person on the plant.

"Your turn, love. Tell me what you want me to do."

[hero_farmboy]

"Just-- anything," he replies, taking her face in his hands and drawing her back for a kiss. "Just stay. Be here with me."

[eirenikos]

The narration patiently waits while Eirene recovers from his mouth, blue eyes blinking rapidly to dispell enough of the dizzyness to listen.

It's polite to do so, after all. So is stretching out on top of one's lover and idly toying with the hair just behind his ear.

"As long as you want me to."

[hero_farmboy]

He'd answer, but that thing with his ear... Clark likes that. A lot. So he's just going to let his eyes drift shut for a moment and concentrate on breathing and try and ignore the urge get her on her back again.

[eirenikos]

And Eirene is going to continue threading her fingers through his hair, with her thumb more than likely brushing against the shell of Clark's ear on occasion.

It's soothing, along with the feel of his frame beneath hers, and the beat of his heart reverberating against her throat.

"I really think I could just lie here for centuries," she eventually whispers.

[hero_farmboy]

The light touch of her fingers will elicit soft whimpers in response and his hands start to move again over whatever body parts of hers are closest.

"Maybe later?" He asks, a note of hopefulness in his tone.

[eirenikos]

"Oh, I suppose if I must submit to another round of amazing sex," she tries for a long suffering tone, but the breathless quality to her voice (and the groan when his hand slides against her rear) belie that.

As do her teeth teasing the flesh just beneath his chin a few seconds later.

[hero_farmboy]

His hands press her down against him.

"Would that be so terrible?" Clark asks haltingly, the feel of her teeth scraping his skin making that take some real effort on his part.

[eirenikos]

"Only if you don't mind me dying on the spot from pleasure."

Eirene abandons his neck, and resumes gliding her fingertips against his ear. She was paying attention.

[hero_farmboy]

"No dying," he mumbles before falling back into incoherency.

[eirenikos]

"Mmmkay. How about this?"

That would be a tongue gliding across a certain portion of his chest now.

[hero_farmboy]

His back arches again and his hips buck up just once underneath her. Is that answer enough?

[eirenikos]

It is. Eirene will just take that as invitation to make her way down the remainder of his chest, planting butterfly kisses and nips at particularly sensitivespots.
