It's sometime mid-morning when Eirene regains consciousness, staring blearily up at the ceiling and idly wondering what the heavy thing on top of her is for the three or four seconds until her brain starts clearing away the cobwebs and reveals that the object is, in fact, boyfriend-shaped. Which leads to lots and lots of blushing, and a soft, happy sigh at what they did the night before.

Hopefully not loud enough to wake him, seeing as how Clark appears to be still asleep.

That's fine with Clark. He remembers she likes to move.

"I think I like waking up like this," he whispers against her ear.

[eirenikos]

Move she will, setting a slow, easy pace in tandem with the lazy feel of the morning, and eventually wraps both legs around his waist -- at least, as far as the petite limbs can.

"Clark special," she murmurs, hand sliding down to caress an ear.

His head leans into her touch, a low groan forming in the back of his throat. It seems Eirene has found another of his weaknesses.

[eirenikos]

Seeing as how he is her biggest weakness, perhaps that's only fair. Not that Eirene is concentrating on anything but the way he moves over her, and the feel of his breathe against her neck, matching each thrust as it comes.

The pace is slower this time, but just as intense. Because Clark did promise to try and not break anymore furniture. His back arches as his hips press down against hers, though his mouth keeps place at the base of her throat, tongue circling lightly in the hollow.

He's rewarded with noises. Lots of them; ranging from girlish little gasps, to a couple of throaty moans just after his tongue delves across the base of her throat, and, coincidently, precedes a rather un-gentle buck of hips up against Clark's.

Her eyes go hazy right about the time small, even teeth sink into his shoulder.

Clark likes those noises, and may, in fact, have been attempting to see if they would appear. And since they have, he makes a mental note of how to get her to do it again. Later.

He also doesn't mind the less-than-gentle change of pace, because he can give just as good as she can get, which she's likely aware of. Her teeth in his shoulder will pull an interesting noise out of his mouth as well, reverberating against the skin of her neck before he finally lifts his head to cover her lips with his.

Those reverberations send a physical shiver down her spine, quite likely the cause of Eirene's chest arching up against his, along with a raw smattering of Greek before she gets herself under enough control to speak in English.

"Gods above and below, Clark..."

Which is likely one of the last coherent things she'll be able to say, his mouth already plundering her nonewithstanding. And there's already a sheen of sweat beading across her flesh, due to her failing attempts to hold back her own strength.

Poor bed.

She is sweating, which is a novelty for Clark. So we'll spend a good lot of time licking strips up her throat and eventually making his way back up to her lips, where he'll kiss her intently, thrusting his tongue inside her mouth in rhythm with the motions of his hips.

She can't withstand this kind of treatment, not from Clark. With each swipe of his tongue, the supernova builds inside of her, sending tiny bursts of flame to the far reaches of her limbs and nervous system, until Eirene's all but begging him; with tongue against his, hands sliding up and down his arms, her hip thrusts growing stronger by the second...

... and her solid bed creaks.

Beds do creak, and it's the first time it's done so, so Clark doesn't worry about it. He's far to focused on the woman beneath him and everything she's doing that is similarly affecting him and his body. Because Clark is starting to feel like he's on fire.

[eirenikos]

Eirene is past the fire; she's already sliding into an inferno. Which is as good as it's bad, seeing that she's beginning to lose a little control this time. Not just her physical frame; that happened last time to great satisfaction on both parts. Rather, she's making love to her boyfriend in human form, and this is causing just enough bliss the second time around that her hold on the shell of 'mere mortal' is slipping.

The problem is when Clark says 'fire', he means fire and as such, currently has his eyes closed as hard as he can. Breaking a bed is one thing. Burning her house down is simply not an option.

And his concentration is so much on that, and on pleasuring her, that he's just not noticing any major loss of control on her part. She's the responsible one, after all.

It's not a major loss of control --not yet-- simply because she doesn't have the brain capacity to warn him beforehand. Still, Clark might seen a faint nimbus (rainbow-like) around her for the next hour or two.

But really, Eirene's pretty much just concentrating on producing the same euphoria in Clark that he's generating inside her; with bucking hips, not-so-quiet noises, and her hands traveling everywhere she can reach.

Clark isn't sure it's safe to open his eyes, but he can feel something surrounding her, touching him, almost like an aura. He likes it.

And those not-so quiet noises will be returned in equal measure, along with his mouth licking and lightly nipping at her throat as much as he can.

The attention to detail, or, rather, her throat, will garner even more noises. Louder ones, accompanied by blatant writhing and even more hip-bucking, along with the prerequisite traveling hands.

She's skirting along the edge now, though, the 'rainbow glow' getting stronger with each thrust, and her occasional babble fully in Greek.

The edge is fast approaching for Clark and he's not entirely sure he can control it as well this time around. Which is kind of silly, but he'll reason with himself later that he's still just getting used to this. He's still adjusting.

He needs practice.

At the last minute, he remembers there's a fireplace in the bedroom and finally turns his head in that direction, letting a long blast of heat vision hit that particular area. Which actually feels kind of awesome. And then he can concentrate back on Eirene, and nudging her closer to that edge, too.

Eirene would gladly offer to help with the practices, if she were capable of reading his mind, and not thoroughly distracted with said practicing. As it is, she's coherent enough to register the sudden fire in the hearth, and vaguely cottons on to why it's there...

... which is highly flattering, and seriously a turn on. It's also okay to let herself go a little more, the nimbus strengthening as her control gets shaky, the supernova tinted everything she sees, feels.

The goddess falls a few minutes later, tensing underneath him as the shuddering begins.

She's not going to fall on her own, as Clark follows close behind, his muscles tightening briefly before that first wave of pleasure courses through him. And when that happens, he can't do anything but go with the wave and move against her in a slightly more erratic tempo, moaning her name like a mantra.

[eirenikos]

She's clinging to him as tightly as she dares, her tempo possibly off even more than his is. Her breath comes in brief gasps, several of them accompanied by his name, hips jerking up and staying there when the real orgasm hits. Eirene's body eventually relaxes underneath him, skin almost as damp as her hair, and it's a good bet the fuzzy smile on her face isn't going anywhere for a while.

He slumps against her once the fire in his veins runs its course, breathing heavily into her hair for a few minutes,

Eventually, he mumbles, "Bed didn't break."

[eirenikos]

"Mmmmm," she mumbles, having reached the limit of her current verbal capacity, preferring just to tighten her arms around his back and nuzzle the side of his neck instead.

This is okay with Clark. Very okay, actually, so he may just take this opportunity to cuddle right back. Until he realizes the fire is still going and then he frowns slightly, and blows over just enough air to put it out.

She's quiet for a few minutes, grinning like an idiot and nuzzling his shoulder, possibly with a nip or two, until her brain clears enough to talk. Just ignore the rainbow glow that isn't going to fade for some time.

"I could do that once a week for the rest of my life." Happy sigh. "So, uhm, about the heat vision..."

He traces a finger along her collar bone and across her shoulder, as if trying to figure out how that rainbow glow actually works.

"Uh. That's never actually happened before. Sorry."
